ASYMPTOTIC PROPERTIES OF A LEONTIEF ECONOMY
In this paper we discuss the asymptotic properties of equilibrium quantities of a Leontief economy when agents have additively separable utilities. We estimate the rate of growth of equilibrium quantities and prices that either tend to zero or infinity or remain bounded below and above by strictly positive vectors. In the case of homogeneous preferences we prove that the quantities of any equilibrium converge to those of an equilibrium that grows at a constant rate.
